Welcome to Gornio Cociña. These terms are a short agreement between you and the operator of gornio.com. By reading, browsing or cooking from this site you accept them. They are deliberately brief, because this is a recipe publication, not a marketplace.

1. Nature of the site

Gornio Cociña publishes editorial content: recipes, cooking notes and cultural commentary about the cuisine of Galicia. The site sells nothing, processes no payments and requires no registration. Access is free and identical for all visitors.

2. Permission to use the recipes

You are welcome, and encouraged, to cook every recipe on this site at home, to print pages for personal use, and to share links to any page with anyone you like. That permission is personal and non commercial.

3. What remains ours

The texts, recipe write ups, layout, name and visual identity of Gornio Cociña are protected by copyright and related rights. Republishing our articles or recipe texts in bulk, scraping the site into datasets for redistribution, or presenting our content as your own is not permitted without prior written consent. A method for a traditional dish belongs to tradition; our particular words describing it belong to us.

4. Your conduct

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its infrastructure, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. That is the entire list.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work carefully, but we cannot promise the site will be uninterrupted, error free or that any given recipe will suit your equipment, your ingredients or your tastes. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools and raw ingredients; you are responsible for exercising ordinary care and judgment in your own kitchen.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this site shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the content published here. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

7. Third party links and services

Pages may link to external websites and may display third party advertising. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and for which we accept no responsibility.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date shown above. Use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from them shall be submitted to the competent courts of the operator's registered domicile.
